Quality and environment

Sonesta is compliant with MDR EU2017/745, certified according to the international quality standard ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and the environmental standard ISO 14001. Sonesta applies the ADDvise Group Quality and Environmental policy.

Production

Most of Sonesta’s subcontractors are located within Sweden, close to our production facility in Svenstavik. When appointing new suppliers, we always aim at using local subcontractors. Our production facility is operated on fossil-free energy and the premises is energy-optimized. All waste (plastic, wood, electronics, steel, paper, and chemicals) that is generated from our production is sorted, recycled, and then refined to be reused. We are always working on encouraging our customers to order bigger quantities once placing orders to decrease multiple transportation routes 

Delivery

When we receive deliveries to our production facility the pallets, collars and packing material is reused for Sonesta’s deliveries and packaging. We encourage our customers to make sure that the packing material is recycled accordingly to local advice.

All personnel travels made with
airplane are fully CO2 compensated with a fee contributed to a charitable environmental organization.

In case of a problem or discrepancy, our complaint form must be completed and submitted to complaint@sonestamedical.se

Please note that our normal process time is 14 days. If we need additional time to handle your claim, we will get back to you within the 14 days. For urgent matters, please contact one of our Customer Service Centers.
